Ubuntu 6.06 LTS (Dapper Drake)

Ubuntu 6.06 LTS (Dapper Drake) is out, have you downloaded your copy yet? I keep my Linux up-to-date, but I also like format and re-install it whenever an official release comes out.

    I’ve dist-upgraded my two PCs. I’d probably do a fresh install if something went wrong in dist-upgrade or I just needed to test the default setup. Dist-upgrade seems to have worked nicely, though. Yay. :)

    The new LiveCD install method is too slow to be useful.
