GlassyFloor?

According to September’s web stats, 1/3 of this site’s visitors were referred by 37signals, the company that offers the Ruby on Rails framework and other Web 2.0 services like Ta-da list and Basecamp. My Wetfloor plugin was briefly mentioned in the article “Reflections are the new drop shadows“, except it wa under the name GlassyFloor. Now that I think about it, GlassyFloor is much better than WetFloor. WetFloor implies something happened.
Could someone please tell me what style of Japanese comic this is. I really NEED to know. I wanna make my flash cartoons like this but I need to what are the rules of drawing like this. I just need the name of this type of drawing, please.
