I have been playing with Tripit to plan for my upcoming Atlanta trip. You can forward your itinerary email (i.e., priceline order confirmation), it will parse the content and set up nicely-formatted agendas for you. Other features include pulling maps, directions, travel guide and photos from Google Maps, Wikipedia and Flickr.
